This was the Baptist Church's meeting house in the Carshalton Road which is now the United Services Club. It was built about 1862 and was used until the new Baptist Church in Hill road was built in the 1880s by R J Humphris from 28 Victoria Road. During the 1st world war it was used as a 'soldiers welcome'
