1916-1936: William John Ford lived here for about 21 years. He was known to be a general engineer and advertised his services of grinding and repairing lawnmowers. He moved to Arlington Grove in Wallington but continued to own the house until at least 1952. In the register of electors of 1934 Helen Violet Fayers was listed as living at this address.

1936-1952: Hector D Burns and Mrs H L Burns lived here and in 1943 the rateable value of the house had risen £1 to £28. The actual amount of rates paid was £15 3s 4d.
